A favorite destination is the downtown historical district, boasting significant architectural treasures, brick sidewalks and trendy boutiques and bistros.

Nashua Area Schools serve more than 13,000 students and are accredited by the New England Association of Schools & Colleges. Nashua High School is a "Best Schools" institute and Nashua High School North is a new state-of-the-art facility. Prices for homes in communities such as Tanglewood Estates range from $350,000 to more than $1.25 million. In downtown Nashua, the brick mill buildings along the Nashua River have recently been renovated for housing. The brick Gothic look is a reminder of the city's industrial heritage.

Nashua Real Estate Stats and Trends for the week of April 19th, 2020: homes priced around $247,075 compared to $247,075 the previous week, to remain steady with no change in listing price.  For Sunday, April 19th, the current national mortgage rate for a 30 year fixed mortgage is 4.51%; the 15 year fixed rate is at 3.90%. For a loan larger than conventional conforming loans, or 'jumbo' loan, the 30 year rate is 4.41%, while the 15 year jumbo rate currently is at 4.12%.
